We are giving away a set of 10 gorgeous paper flowers with velvet centres for every $25 spent in store from Wednesday, 23 May to Friday, 25 May inclusive. The more you spend the more flowers you receive - i.e. an order totalling $100 will receive four packages of ten flowers. The flowers are packaged in three individual colours lime, mauve and pink. You’re most welcome to request a colour preference when ordering.
The lovely Sharon Jeffs has been working with Autumn Leaves clear stamps this week - in particular the Spring set. She has created two layouts - a boy themed and a girl themed. Here are the results:

In her layout titled Boy Game, Sharon used one of the flower stamps to demonstrate that flowers can be incorporated in boy layouts too. The stamp was used to create a medallion from layers of stamped and sewn cardstock.

In her layout titled C for Camp, Sharon has used a stamp to liven up the patterned paper. If you look closely, you’ll see she has also incorporated stamping behind her journaling block and on the painted chipboard letter.
Sharon has done a fantastic job displaying various ways of incorporating stamping in layouts and beyond the page projects this month. She has been a fantastic first Featured Designer. We have lovely seeing her creations each week and hope you have found them inspiring.
Congratulations to our next Featured Designer - Fran Tynan. Fran impressed us with her gorgeous layout using Crate Paper Cowgirl collection and we couldn’t resist seeing more of her work.

The lovely Jane Jones created this Kaisercraft Storage Box for me! I recruited her to play with a Kaisercraft product to show us all how it is done - the nice surprise is that she made the box for me to keep - thank you so much !!! Here’s the pictures:

This week our Featured Designer, Sharon Jeffs, has been creating with Li’l Davis Acrylic stamps. She has created a beautiful layout and a simply gorgeous book. Here’s the results:

As I mentioned in my newsletter, i promised myself some time last weekend to use the Hamby Screen Prints rub ons - they didn’t disappoint. They were easy to use and i found them to be a very inspiring product. Here’s the results:

With this layout i had some journalling I wanted to incorporate but just couldn’t find the right place, so I ended up journalling on the back of the layout instead. I have used the following products for this layout: Cardstock Bazzill and Bazzill Scalloped Cardstock, Paper Sassafras Lass, Rub Ons Hambly Screen Prints, Ribbon American Crafts and Chipboard Letters from Crate Paper.

In the Totally Sweet layout i wanted to show that the Copper Hambly rub ons don’t have an overpowering metallic look. There were so many lovely rub ons it was hard to choose which to use. I have used the following products for this layout: Cardstock Bazzill and Bazzill Scalloped, Paper Sassafras Lass, Rub Ons Hamby Screen Prints and C Thru Ruler, Flowers Petaloo and Brads Making Memories.

p.s. excuse the slightly slanted photography!

My Mum arrived last Tuesday with a lovely bunch of flowers for Miss B and I, such a nice surprise. She also bought me one of the Willow Tree sculptures, the one of the Father and Daughter - the rest of the family in sculpture is yet to come (lucky me !).
I’ve put the sculpture in my office along with some other lovely gifts from various customers when Baby A was born. It makes my office more personal - a nice feeling.

Deb Fisher; mother, wife, teacher, scrapbooker, digital designer - lost her husband last week in a farming accident. I don’t personally know Deb, but i have crossed paths with her recently and am terribly sad for her loss. Deb home schools her seven children on their rural property in Victoria and is also a digital designer for Pickleberrypop. If you would like to help Deb you can purchase one of her digital designs at Pickleberrypop the sale of all purchases made during May will go directly to Deb.
We had a family photo shoot with the gorgeous Karina Honyi when Baby A was just one month old. Karina spent some time playing with the kids and photographing them of course. She even captured a sweet moment between hubby and I. It was totally unposed and very natural photography. Hubby’s the shy type so i won’t be posting our pic here. But just to show you how wonderful Karina is, here’s my favourite photograph of Baby A.
