How To Place an Order
To place your first order, you will need to create an account. Simply select the 'Log In' section from on the menu bar at the top of the store. You will be prompted to create a password and enter your shipping details. You only need enter your shipping details this one time, they will be saved in your account for future orders. Be sure to ask to receive our newsletter, as it includes special offers for newsletter subscribers only. Each time you shop with us log in using your username and password. You can save products to your shopping cart as long as you are logged in. Status of your orders can also be checked by logging into your account.
Searching for Products
We have all products listed within our store under product type. You can also view products by manufacturer by using the drop down menu. The advanced search function will help with specific themed products. All new products can be viewed by clicking the 'What's new' on our store homepage.
Orders and Payment
For your peace of mind the checkout portion of Ideal Papercraft runs on a secure server, you will notice the padlock when you enter checkout. Please note the padlock does not show until you enter checkout and are redirected to our secure server. You can ensure you are on our secure server by checking the address in your browser, it will show https://www.idealpapercraft.com.au rather than just http://www.idealpapercraft.com.au - the 's' stands for secure. We accept Mastercard and Visa. If you do not hold a credit card you can send us a cheque or money order made payable to Ideal Papercraft. Please note orders paid via personal cheque will be held until the funds have cleared into our account.
We also accept direct debit deposits, please select this option in checkout and we will send you our banking details. We do not immediately provide our banking details as we like to confirm the total amount payable first. Please note that the Direct Deposit option is currently showing as COD. We do not offer COD, but please select this option to pay by Direct Deposit, whilst we have the site amended.
We do not have a minimum order requirement. By charging minimal postage costs you can feel free to order just one item with minimal postage expense.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Postage
We charge a flat $7.45 postage and packaging rate per order. Please note receipted delivery is available and can be added to your order in the second page of checkout (with the payment details) for an additional $1.50. If you would like Insurance for your parcel an additional fee of $2.75 will apply, please request registered post in the comments section of checkout. All orders of $75 and over will have Receipted Delivery included at no extra cost. We are willing to negotiate postage and packaging costs on very small orders.
Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in the Australia Post mailing system.
Local Area Pickups
We cannot facilitate a local area pick up service or personal shopping. We do ensure we keep our prices as low as possible and only include $7.45 postal and packaging charges per order. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
International Orders
Our shopping Cart does not currently accept international orders, however if you email us with your selection of products and your delivery address, we are happy to provide you with a quotation for shipping.
Packaging
We take all care to ensure that your order is packed so it will not be damaged in transit. Most items will be sent using Australia Post packaging or boxes suited to keeping your products in a safe condition for transit.
Delivery Terms
Orders will be downloaded each week day and shipped by Australia Post Monday to Friday. We aim to process your order between 24 to 48 hours. If we are unable to process your order in this timeframe, we will contact you. You will be sent a confirmation email advising your order has been posted.
Out of Stock Items
Our shopping cart is now quantity driven, other than occassional human error, all products shown are available and ready to be shipped. If you would like to purchase an item shown as out of stock, please email us and we will endeavour to obtain the product. We are happy to backorder most products.
Images
We do our best to ensure all images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Images may differ due to individual computer monitors.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement. If products are not faulty they must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return postage for such orders is at the customers' expense. Should your order be damaged, we will replace the damaged items when they are returned to us. Please ensure you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and do not return products without contacting us first.
